All refunds, exchanges and returns are welcome but MUST be returned within 14 days of receiving item unless otherwise stated.
Upon returning an item, please include a cover note with the following information -
Item Title and ID
Reason for Returning
Item must be in original condition as received, we will not accept returns on items that have been broken apart, modified or damaged.
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us and we will arrange to send you the correct part or issue you a refund.
If you have received a faulty item, please contact us and we will arrange a refund for you.
If you have received an item that is not as described, please contact us and will arrange an alternative part or refund.
If you have purchased an item by mistake or you have changed your mind, please contact us and we will arrange a refund for item.
Returns of print materials will be accepted within 60 days of the Carrier delivery date. No returns will be accepted less than 60 days prior to the exam date, regardless of when the order was delivered. All returns are subject to a restocking fee (10% of retail price up to 200 Euro maximum). Materials must be returned in like-new, resalable condition and in the original packaging and/or shrink-wrap in order to be considered for a refund.
Postage will not be refunded if buyer has bought an item at their own mistake.
We can arrange collection of large items being returned on certain circumstances.
